Whately is a welcoming town with a population of around 1,600 residents. The town is surrounded by beautiful countryside and farmland, and its easy access to the Connecticut River and forests provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities. Many larger towns with more amenities are also only a quick drive away, and Interstate 91 provides quick access to other parts of the state.
