Do I need prior experience to join CBCR?

Is it hard to switch brokerages and how is the transition supported?

Yes. We use an equitable lead distribution system that matches leads with agents to ensure everyone has the opportunity to grow.

Are there any desk fees or hidden costs?
No! CBCR is proud to offer transparent pricing with no desk fees or surprise charges.
Does CBCR offer referral bonuses or revenue sharing?
Yes. When you refer a new agent to CBCR, you earn 1% of their GCI indefinitely as a thank you for helping grow the team.
