Hello! A little about me; Jennifer Gross

I have worked in real estate for more than 20 years and in 2020 my performance put me in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide!  While I am affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Community Realtors' South Deerfield office, I have my own office in Greenfield located at 7 Linden Avenue.

My “free time” is spent as a member of the Franklin County Regional  Planning Board Executive Committee, the Franklin Country Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Committee and a member of our local Small Town Housing Work Group.  I have also served in local town governments as a member of both a Planning Board and on a Zoning Board of Appeals. I find this work so rewarding and truly enjoy knowing what is happening in my community.

I am also an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity both locally with my Pioneer Valley affiliate but also with Habitat for Humanity Global Village. In the fall of 2019 I traveled to Oaxaca, Mexico where we helped assist a homeowner with the construction of her new home.  I am beyond excited for life to return to normal, post pandemic, so I can resume assisting others in finding their way home.  Habitat’s motto of "Everything Starts  at Home" resonates with me.

I enjoy my time volunteering for these planning, economic and housing initiatives and find it enables me to bring a broad perspective as I help my clients navigate important decisions related to their housing choices.
